Actually, there re 2 types of Staph. in the agar - Staph. aureus and Staph. epidermidis. One kudo to any1 who can differentiate between them. It is quite simple.
Subculturing by Ultraman and Orey.
Look at the expert doing the subculture. Looks professional right? Actually we re having intention tremor :-)
