It has been a long time since I last played this game. This games has been released for few years. However, until now, it is still number 1 online musical game in Malaysia.

I remembered I started this game during semester 4 when HL introduced it to me. I was quite addicted to this game during semester 5. I tried to play whenever I went to internet cafe. ZY was the only one who could give me some challenge. Too bad, 2 months before EOS, I stopped my training.

During the long break, I only played once or twice. In semester 6, at most, I played twice. That means in 9 months time, I played less than 5 times.

Todayy, I decided to spend 30 minutes on this game. Guess what, my hands were stiff and my reaction was slow. My skill had deterioted. Quite sad about it. Anyway it entertained me before I back to work :-)

4 Sept 2007 - 2 of my good friends since Phase 1 left for UK to further their study :( Just as I promised, I managed to sent them off. When I waved to them after they have entered the departure hall, suddenly I felt a little bit depressed. Did I miss them? Not really because I only met them twice during the past 6 months. Still, the depression came from no where. Maybe I over exaggerated, not depression but just feel a bit down :)

A Seminar with our GyneBoss

Today we had a seminar with our GyneBoss(GB). The topic was "Hypertension in pregnancy". Below were some conversation during the seminar.

GB : U re the leader right? So, why did u ask some1 else to conduct this seminar?
ZY : We distributed the works. Every1 supposed to conduct a seminar.
GB : Do u know I will be in trouble when my wife check my phone and found out some gal named Salimah msg me during midnight?

SL : (patient's history......) This patient is diagnosed with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Her BP is 140/90 mmHg.
GB : So what is the following question u should ask, KK?
KK : (just awake from dreaming + lagging)
GB : Why u guys are always lagging when answering question? Kasemumusuk (pronounse twice), time the lagging time for me.
KK : Hmm, what is her previous reading, SL?
GB : (interrupt) OMG, this is rubbish! (stop for a while) Oh, actually what she is trying to ask is why was she admitted? She just asked it in a different way. U all got it?
KK : ......

GB : Lip Yuen, what is the definition of eclampsia?
LY : (staring at GB)......(after sometimes he gave the correct answer)
GB : Again! Lag for 15 secs. Why are u lagging in giving the answer since u know it? Oh maybe u re not sure u re Lip Yuen. Go back and keep telling urself " I am Lip Yuen (3x)......"

GB : Kasem......whatever la, take down the name of the students who give 1 word answer.

GB : (pointing at CK) When this boy was still 3 years old, one day he saw a rainbow in the sky. He asked his mum "Ma ma, what's that?" He didn't get the answer. Now he is 23 years old, is he still asking the same question?

GB : Ur monitor only can laugh......

GB : (trying to look at Syafiq as he is sitting at the end of the row and is blocked by 8 people in front of him) Dik, dik, what's ur name?
Sy : Syafiq.
GB : Hey, why re u hiding there? I can only see tip of ur hair......

GB : Can u hear him? (CK was mumbling in front) What's ur name?
SB : Sabrina :)
GB : What a nice name. Sabrina, the witch......

GB : What re the clinical manifestation of cerebral oedema?
KK : ......
GB : Of course tachypnoea and tachycardia la. U act it out :D
(Every1 look at her.)
GB : Oii, all don't look at her. Make her panic only......

GB : All of u should make applause to Salimah for conducting the seminar. How many days have u prepared for this seminar?
SL : (walking back to her seat then finally show her index finger)
GB : Why can't u just answer immediately?......anyway, thank you.
SL : (no response and shy)
GB : What's wrong with u? Haih......

GB : What re the management of PIH?
SL : Monitor the BP.
GB : So u just continue monitoring only. Ooo today her BP is 210/110 mmHg.

GB : When ur patient is having convulsion, what is the immediate management?
SL : Delivery.
GB : What!!! When the patient is having convulsion, u expect her to deliver!!! (he acted out the fitting and delivering together......rotflol)

GB : U guys must learn to respond immediately. No lagging. Next time when u become a MO, u look at the case file. "Hmm (nodding his head), high blood pressure... (5 secs later nodding his head again) hmm, convulsion... (5secs later again the same action) hmmm, management? Not sure." Definitely u can't be like this rite?


Maybe the conversation he made is not really very funny but is the way he put it and his action which are funny :D
That's all I can remember. Will add in more when I think of it or some1 else give me the idea.

Changes in IMU

It has been half year since we left IMU, BJ. Let us see what are the changes during this 6 months.

Really jealous of the juniors to have such a nice auditorium for lecture.

Even the seats look so comfortable. Really comfortable. I have tried it.

Actually, they have renovated both lecture theater we used to have lecture last time as well. But too bad the pictures taken are not clear. We paid but we did not get to enjoy those facilities :-(
